In this Privacy Policy we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it others and how we keep it secure.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.thefemalepropertyexpert.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When would we Disclose Personal Data?

We use third party services to make payments called Stripe [https://stripe.com/]. To view their privacy policy please visit their website. We also have a CRM system called Kartra [https://www.kartra.com] which holds person information – please visit their website to view their privacy policy. We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Access

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to emma@thefemalepropertyexpert.co.uk and you will be provided with a Data Subject Consent Withdrawal form / Data Subject Access Request form.

Review of Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice shall be reviewed at least annually by a Data Protection Officer or when legislation changes and forces us to amend the policy.
